The story of Edison&Jupiter begins with the love for coffee and continues with the unique passion for food. This is what Nóri, the creator of the café and gastrolab, wants to share. She grew up baking with her grandmother and later trained as a barista and coffee roaster. Baking and cooking and inventing new dishes turned from a hobby into a dedication.
