SOUL OF THE HOUSE

This is the story of our signature brioche buns. Baking, cooking and inventing new dishes turned from a hobby into a dedication: the café's signature brioche bun is what Nóri experimented with at home. First, she made it for her family, then it turned out that her friends also loved it, and finally, it became a favourite food of the whole neighbourhood, and now you can enjoy it too. And you can also enjoy all the many exciting delicacies Nóri has experimented with in her gastrolab.
